Dr. Adomale Elba DNP, MS, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Dr. Elba is a Virginia Licensed & Board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of nursing experience in providing compassionate care that is culturally sensitive and non-judgmental to individuals with mental illness in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Dr. Elba specializes in providing psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychoeducation, and psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. She obtained her Master of Science degree from Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD, and her post-Masters certificate and her Doctorate degree from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. Dr. Elba provides outpatient services that focus on utilizing evidence-based research to diagnose and treat mental illness, interpret data, and facilitate treatment plans that are individualized. Her areas of expertise include managing individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder/ Intellectual Disability, ADHD/ADD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and other severe mental illness.

Debora Amichia, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients at Urgent Behavioral Health Service. She brings over 20 years of nursing experience in mental health, inpatient psychiatric facilities, residential facilities, home health, and long-term care, with a focus on holistic, patient-centered support for individuals facing mental health concerns.
Debora began her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse and steadily advanced through the nursing profession, ultimately earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Her clinical training includes experience in psychotherapy, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and crisis stabilization. She is fluent in both English and French and values building meaningful therapeutic relationships through culturally sensitive care.
As a provider at Urgent Behavioral Health Service, Debora is passionate about helping her patients achieve emotional stability, independence, and improved quality of life. She draws on her extensive experience and remains committed to advocating for individuals navigating mental health challenges.
